In the past, and to an extent today, the web can be a stressful place for those taking their first tentative steps into the world of operating their own website. We aim to eliminate this stress, using our experience to make the process as hassle-free as possible.

No Jargon

Lots of people use terms and acronyms like XHTML, TLD and RSS and expect people to have the faintest idea what they are going on about. Not so! At WinegumKestrel we avoid unnecessary jargon, and are happy to explain anything so that you know what terms mean if they get used in the future.

Support and Training

Once you've got your website, what do you do with it? Without some training and support, most people have very little knowledge about how to manage their new website. Once we deliver your site we will provide a simple introduction into how to manage it, and how to make basic changes.
